                                           Tandoori Roti Cholay or Lasi




Ingredients 
For Cholay (Chickpea)
1-Chickpea  1/2 kg.
2-Onion 3 medium size.
3-Tomato 3 to 4 medium size.
4-Coriander Dry  1/2 teaspoon.
5-Turmeric 1 teaspoon.
6-Qusoori mathi 1 teaspoon.
7-Red chilly  1 teaspoon or as u like.
8-Salt According to your taste.
9-Chicken liver 3 to 4.
10-Ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon.
11-Cumin seed 1 teaspoon.
12-Cooking oil 1 cup.

Cholay lasi and Tandoori rote is pure Punjabi food. people
