Ingredients :

Mongry (Vegetable) 150 gram

Gram Flour 1/2 cup

All Purpose flour 1/2 cup

Red chili flakes 1 tbs.

Black pepper 1/2 tsp.

salt as taste.

water 1 glass.

vegetable oil for frying
